What happened to iSolved Go? ›

isolved GO is being retired but the free replacement of our GO app is now available! Our new Adaptive Employee Experience app is designed with employees in mind – aimed at improving and simplifying the employee experience. It is now easier than ever to login to the app and navigate through it.

All W2 Tax Forms are available electronically in iSolved. Login to your iSolved account and under Employee Self-Service, click on the tab titled “W2/ACA/1099 Forms.” Paper copies of W2 Tax Forms are mailed to any employee who did not previously sign-up and consent to receive their W2 Form electronically.

You will need to clear your browser cache and try entering it again or try it in a different browser. I can't remember my password? You can click on the "Forgot Your Password" button in the "Returning User" box and an email with a new password will be sent to you.

Downloading iSolved | Go from Google Play/Apple Store

On your Android/Apple smart phone, open the application store and use the search term “iSolved” or “iSolved Go” to find the application. Select the option to install this application. Once you have downloaded and installed iSolved | Go, please open it to proceed.

The Time Card is located in the Time menu, allows employees to view the punches and hours on their Time Card in isolved. The hours detail for the different earnings types is located at the bottom of the Time Card in the 'Earning Summary” and “Labor Summary” areas.

Navigate to your isolved login on your mobile device browser. Once logged in, you will be prompted at the bottom to install the app to your Home Screen. Tap the share icon in the middle. Select the “Add to Home Screen” link from the list of options.

Users who don't remember their password can select the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. It will take them through their security questions, and then allow them to change their password.

Click on the main "Employee" tab, and then on the "Position and Salary" link located in the row of links directly below the main program navigation tabs.
