One thing customers didn't find at the Prologis Innovation Summit? Time machines. And that’s probably for the best! The team closed a tender offer to acquire 77.14% of all shares.Terrafina manages 42.2 million square feet of industrial real estate across key properties. As of Q2’s closing, FIBRA Prologis is comprised of 46.9 million square feet of leasable area.
