Military leave
We know our military employees have duties that might take them away from work, so we've put together a Military Compensation plan, effective their first day. The plan allows up to 20 paid workdays every year to be used for military activities, including drill weekends. The days can be used as individual days, partial days (hourly/intermittent time), up to 4 continuous weeks in the calendar year, or a combination.*
Health coverage
We offer medical, dental and vision coverage to all employees the first day of the month after 30 days of employment. Our coverage also extends to spouses, domestic partners, dependents, and domestic partners’ children under 26.

We strongly encourage you to apply for any role in which you’re qualified and interested. We’re willing to consider flexible work arrangements for some designated jobs, as well as in cases in which your spouse or domestic partner has a current PCS Order.
*If a continuous leave crosses from one year into the next year the 20-day benefit allotted for the new year will not be available until you have returned and worked at least one regularly scheduled work day. After which time your 20 days for the coming year will be available for you to use.
